This course is by far the best to provide the foundation on Dubstep production. Through each step of the process, it explains why certain actions are being taken and the pacing is very comfortable in my opinion. Easily translatable to other DAWs if you are somewhat comfortable in your respective one. Highly recommend this course to get the basics and understanding music structure before getting into the advanced techniques.
